Because we are currently processing a high volume of orders, our production time will be extended starting December 20th, 2025, GMT.

For transparency, we will:

  • Include the updated timeline in your order confirmation email
  • Keep the original production time visible at product pages for reference


Orders confirmed before the update date will still follow the original production time. If you are selecting a custom size or custom-made option, we recommend confirming your details as soon as possible.


Production time does not include shipping time. Shipping takes 3–12 business days, depending on the method selected.

All our dresses are made to order to maintain fair pricing and reduce environmental impact. This means each piece is crafted specifically for you, and then requires 3–12 business days to ship.


For weddings or important events, we recommend ordering at least 4 months ahead of your wear date.


We want your dress to be perfect — beautifully made, well-fitted, and delivered on time. Our team is working hard every day to make it happen.


📆 When Will Production Return to Normal?

Our production schedule is expected to return to normal around March 3rd, 2026, or possibly earlier. We will announce updates in advance as we get closer to the date, so you always know what to expect.
