If incorrect measurements or customization details are submitted by the customer, Cocomelody EU shall not be responsible for resulting fit issues or remake costs.

We strongly recommend professional measuring services for bridal and formalwear orders.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders;
  • limit quantities;
  • request additional verification;
  • cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • made-to-order items,
  • clearance or final sale items,
  • or products already in production

may not be cancelled once production has begun.

Cancellation requests submitted before production starts may be eligible for partial or full approval at our discretion.

Rush orders may not be cancelled once confirmed.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of bridal and made-to-order products, certain items may be non-returnable under applicable consumer protection exceptions for customized goods.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Promotions, discount codes, loyalty rewards, and special offers:
